How It Works
Taster sessions
Most of our coaches offer canicross taster sessions for you and your dog to come along and see if canicross is something you want to take part in. Your coach will be able to advise you on choosing the right equipment and get you started with ideas for initial training.
Choose a Coaching Plan
Once you have decided that you would like to continue with your canicross journey, our coaches will be able to suggest a suitable coaching plan for you and your dog which will usually last 6 weeks but can vary depending on your requirements.
Reach Your Goals
On completion of your initial coaching plan you will then be able to choose to stay with your Canicross Coach for progression further in the sport, to carry on your training supported at every stage by your coach for any troubleshooting.
