How old does my dog have to be?
Your dog must be at least 12 months old to join our canicross classesÂ
I am not fit at all, can I still attend classes?
Yes! The whole idea is that we are here to help you get fitter with your dog
I have a reactive dog, can I still take part?
Yes you can. Please let us know your dogs’ specific requirements so we can make everyone in the group aware
Do I need my own equipment?
Your Canicross Coach will have a stock of kit that they can loan to you to begin with but we recommend purchasing your own equipment after a few sessions so your dog can get used to their own kit
What else do I need to have to begin classes?
You will need some suitable running trainers, preferably trail trainers with some grip, as you will be off road running or hiking with your dog
